Over the weekend Somersett United provided a Somersett Owners Association SOA Amenities Update that would interest many residents in ArrowCreek so I am reposting it on ArrowCreek411. ArrowCreek is one of the communities in the report comparisons. This is FACT, NOT FICTION NOR INUENDO. Dear ACHOA Board,
Everyone should read this example of a VERY well written report, with lots of facts to digest, on amenity improvements in one of our competitive associations. Instead of pursuing a golf course purchase, why not invest in our existing amenities? Why not develop a plan for expansion of thriving activities versus a declining activity? Shouldn’t the Boards focus be on what we have now and not what we don’t have? That should lead to definitely increasing property values.
Just some questions to stimulate the conversation.
