Mr. Nuszloch,
I fully agree that ArrowCreek is a great community in which to live, raise a family and retire too. However, a ‘private enterprise, a.k.a. the “Non-residential area,” ‘ does not need or require a quasi-government subsidy to exist. As a ‘privately’ operated enterprise it should do what the law and regulations allow it to do without ‘community’ interference. There are no guarantees in this environment but there definitely was a competing bid for this property during the bankruptcy. Two contenders for the same asset, the winner, FOA LLC.
The ACHOA does not and should not have an interest in a private enterprise, in spite of the members of the FOA LLC coincidentally being residents and owners within the ArrowCreek subdivision.

My bottom line is ArrowCreek is a great community in which to live with 2 great golf courses and should stay that way. We need to find a way that is acceptable to most residents and the FOA investors that took the financial risk to save this asset.
