The FOA has paid off their $1.4 million golf course debt to Washoe County this last January. This has many folks talking about the future of The Club at ArrowCreek.

From Marcella’s article:

“We are very excited about the growth of The Club at ArrowCreek, and we are looking forward to continuing our pace of growth in the years to come,” Jayson Petersen, general manager, said in a statement Tuesday.

Friends of ArrowCreek, a local group of homeowners, paid the final payment of the debt to Washoe County late last month.

“We are very pleased to have accomplished this milestone within our first 16 months of operation,” Gary Pestello, Friends of ArrowCreek member manager, said in a statement.
