ARROWCREEK HOA – NOTICE OF THE JUNE 2015 ROAD SEALING SCHEDULE

Selected residential streets, the ArrowCreek Parkway Loop and fire roads are scheduled for slurry seal in the next couple of weeks. Work time is during the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM. The material to be used is a “quick-set slurry” and will dry within 4 hours of application. SNC will attempt to notify residents if any of the below dates are adjusted due to weather.

Residential Streets listed below are scheduled for slurry sealing on Tuesday 6/23/15 and Wednesday 6/24/15 (weather permitting). Owners will be notified with additional details by SNC, the road maintenance contractor, by flyer at your residence, temporary signage in your neighborhood and by cones. Please make arrangements to be off the street during this time. If you need assistance with parking please contact Security at 850-4450.

Rue St Raphael
Rue St Tropez
Rue D’ Flore
Marble Ridge
Cobble Ridge
Old Coach
Forest View
White Mountain Court

Sealing of the ArrowCreek Parkway Loop – The entire ArrowCreek Parkway loop is scheduled to be slurry sealed on Thursday 6/25/15 and Friday 6/26/15, weather permitting. To minimize traffic delays a one-way routing system will be implemented in a counter-clockwise direction; One lane will be kept open at all times. Residents are advised to schedule some extra time to get in, out, and around the community. Depending where you pick up ArrowCreek Parkway you may need to drive all the way around. Please follow all traffic controls administered by the contractor, SNC, to further expedite your travels. And be considerate and safe of the workers on the road!
