Subj: Open Letter to the ArrowCreek Board

Hi Jeanne,

It’s been a long time since my last effort to communicate to the Board through your venue. You might recall that my last effort was to get answers from the Board or Rich Kenny about the FOA/HOA proposal to purchase the Golf Course and I never received a reply…even after contacting you to prompt a response to see what happened to the request. The response, through you, was that the answers would be included in a meeting presentation. None of my questions were addressed.

I’m trying again. Attached is an Open Letter to the Board that in a positive upbeat fashion synopsizes a number of things that might be accomplished by the Board to enhance ArrowCreek. Taken from my management consulting experience, the list of things to do will improve ArrowCreek’s sense of community through advocacy of community interest groups, its long-term direction, its real estate values, its management, its resident communications program, and others.

I look forward to the Board’s review of the document and the potential actions of the Board to improve and enhance ArrowCreek for all its residents.

I like the ideas expressed in these attachments. I hope someone is listening. I had a crazy thought; beyond the idea of an rv storage area, we could do an rv park. I have seen where it has been done in other communities like ours. Being at the base of Mt. Rose, close to Reno, and close to Tahoe could make it a hot destination.
